– Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

– Limited edition releases may sell out quickly

## Orders and Payment
– All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
– Payment is processed securely through PayPal
– We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal payments
– Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order
– Orders are not considered confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email

### UK Shipping
– £3.05 for the first item
– £1.00 for each additional item
– Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days
### European Shipping
– £4.00 for the first item
– £2.50 for each additional item
– Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days
### International Shipping (Rest of World)
– £5.00 for the first item
– £2.50 for each additional item
– Estimated delivery: 10-21 business days

– Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
– We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services
– International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility
– We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct
## Returns and Refunds
### Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
– Contact us within 7 days of receipt
– Provide photos of the damage
– We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping
### Change of Mind
– We do not accept returns for change of mind on opened items
– Unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a refund (buyer pays return shipping)
– Items must be in original condition

– Limited edition releases are sold on a first-come, first-served basis
– Pre-orders will ship on or around the specified release date

– Products are provided “as is”
– We make no warranties regarding the availability of products
– Vinyl records may have minor surface noise; this is normal and not considered a defect
## Limitation of Liability
Hidden Mantra shall not be liable for:
– Delays in shipping
– Lost or stolen packages (after they leave our facility)
– Customs fees or import duties
– Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
